Purpose and Source Order
Tennessee makes many public records available, but the right source depends on custody stage. Washington County Sheriff’s Office creates the county booking record, operates the detention center, and links the current roster and weekly report. Johnson City and Jonesborough maintain their own police incident records. Washington County courts hold the docket and disposition, while Tennessee Department of Correction publishes state-offender information after state custody applies.
This site organizes those official sources, search steps, contact details, and request paths. It does not copy or display a gallery of booking photographs.
Records Covered Here
The reference material is organized around common, lawful public-record needs:
- The county-wide recent-arrest, jail-roster, warrant, mugshot, and records-request paths on the home page.
- Separate same-day, multi-day arrest-report, and VINE custody-notification explanations.
- Johnson City and Jonesborough pages that distinguish city reports from county bookings.
- Steps for Washington County booking records and TDOC offender information.
